Headwaters – FAQs

We have compiled a list of questions that we are getting and answering regarding Headwaters Educational Enrichment.  We will continue to update as we receive more inquiries.


Q – Can my 1st-12th grade child come to Headwaters for the 3 days that are virtual and participate in their ISS school in class instruction?

A – Yes they can.  For grades 1st-12th we are allowing kids that choose to participate in the ISS virtual and in school option to come to Headwaters.  They will be required to pay the $150 per family registration fee due before application is considered complete.  After application is approved the $50 technology fee will be due and the first month tuition fee by Aug 15th.  For grades 6-12 we are requiring a commitment of 5 months of tuition at $50 per week regardless of how many days they attend and for 1-5 fee is based on fixed number of days you need to come, minimum of 2, and we ask for the same commitment of 5 months.


Q – Do I need to pay the registration fee when submit my application?

A – Yes, registration is not guaranteed until you have submitted your $150 registration fee. You will be notified of the enrollment status by email.  Registration fees can be mailed to our church office at 2659 S Chipley Ford Rd.  Please make checks are payable to South River Baptist Church with Headwaters Registration Fee in the memo field.  If you would prefer to pay via checking account, debit or credit card you can use this link > https://onrealm.org/headwaters/give/regfee


Q – Are the registration fees refundable if my application is not approved?

A – Yes, we will return your registration fee if your application is not approved.  If you are placed on a wait list, your registration fee will be held to keep your place on the wait list.


Q – Are you allowing additions after Aug 17th?

A – Yes, we will consider late entries on a case by case basis.  Please contact 704-876-1520 and ask for Kim Williams.
