I, the undersigned participant hereby release and discharge South River Baptist Church, equipment operators and/or owners, landowners, staff, chaperones, counselors, and contracted vendors of any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that I hereafter have for injuries, damages, or death arising from my participation in activities held by South River Baptist Church, including but not limited to losses caused by negligence of the released church for equipment operators and/or owners, landowners, their staff, chaperones, counselors, and/or contracted vendors.

I understand and acknowledge that these activities have inherent dangers that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can eliminate. I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk while participating in these activities at South River Baptist Church whether caused or not caused by the negligence of the released parties.
